Windows 10 is going out of support, what do we do?

Windows 10 is soon out of support. What are the path going forward? How do I get there in a safe way so we can continue be supported. Do we go to Windows 11 23H2 or directly to 24H2?
If I ended up in Extended support how much do I need to pay and what does it mean for my business? I get patches but am I supported?
